Word and spreadsheet data workflows available here
DOCX body tables can become an XLSX text workbook. A selected XLSX range can become an editable DOCX table. XLSX saved display values can become CSV, and UTF-8 CSV fields can become XLSX text cells. DOCX body paragraphs and simple tables can become TXT. These are bounded data and text conversions, not complete Office layout reproduction.
PDF and image workflows available here
PDF to images and images to PDF create page-image workflows. PDF to text reads an existing text layer; Scanned PDF OCR recognizes pixels and exports TXT. The separately marked PDF to Word tool uses the existing server conversion service and uploads the document. Local page organization, rotation and compression do not create editable Office documents.
Text and other structured formats available here
CSV and flat JSON can be converted in the data workspace. JSON and supported YAML structures can be converted in the developer workspace. Markdown can become a sanitized HTML reading copy. SRT and WebVTT subtitles can be converted separately. These formats represent different kinds of structure and should not be treated as interchangeable with a formatted Word document.
Full Office to PDF conversion is not available here yet
Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF require document layout, pagination, fonts, print areas and object rendering to be handled together. A basic HTML preview is not equivalent. For now, export PDF from the original Office application or a compatible desktop suite. SumifyPDF does not currently provide DOCX, XLSX or PPTX to PDF, and has not verified a browser-only full Office renderer for these workflows.
PDF to Excel and PowerPoint need different guarantees
Reconstructing a spreadsheet from PDF requires identifying table boundaries, merged headers and data types, with OCR for scans. Reconstructing editable slides requires recovering text and objects; putting a page image on a slide creates an image copy instead. Neither PDF to Excel nor PDF to PowerPoint is currently offered here. Do not rename a file or treat an image copy as editable source content.
Other formats remain separate work
Legacy DOC, XLS and PPT; ODT, ODS and ODP; RTF; Apple Pages, Numbers and Keynote; EPUB; and direct HTML or Markdown to DOCX are not currently supported by these Office tools. They need format-specific parsing, output and security checks. Use the source application for a compatible export and keep your original when editing, formulas or layout matter.
