Turn spreadsheet values into an editable Word table.
Export a visible XLSX worksheet or selected range as an editable DOCX table. Review saved display values locally, with no signup or spreadsheet upload.
What is in the Word document?
A worksheet name and an editable table containing saved display values from the selected range. This is a new, plain table, not a reproduction of Excel styling or print layout. Charts, images, formulas, conditional formatting, comments and hyperlinks are not copied. Wide tables use landscape A4; rows wrap naturally. Fonts are not embedded: your document reader needs fonts for the characters in your data.
How do I choose a sheet or range?
Enter the exact name of a visible worksheet, or leave it blank for the first visible sheet. Enter a range such as A1:F40, or leave it blank for the used range. Hidden sheets are unavailable. Hidden rows and columns inside your selected range are included, so remove private columns or select a narrower range before converting.
Are formulas recalculated?
No. Formula cells use the results saved by your spreadsheet application, which can be stale. Recalculate and save in Excel before conversion. Formula cells without saved results and Excel error values stop the job. Display formatting can round a number; export from the original application if you need exact underlying numeric values.
How large can the table be?
One XLSX up to 10 MB and 20 sheets, with 100,000 workbook cells bounded by row 10,000 and column CV. Word output accepts up to 200 rows, 10 columns, 1,000 characters per cell and 30,000 characters total. Merged cells in the selected range, macros and external workbook links are rejected. Use a smaller explicit range for a readable document.
