Codes and labels · Free · On your device

From a list to labels you can print.

Make Code 128 or static QR labels for equipment, stock and archive boxes. Add names and notes, then download an A4 PDF or a batch of PNGs.

Free, no signup. Your data and labels stay in this tab’s memory, not in a database or browser storage. Clear or leave to discard them; saved downloads remain on your device.

Label input

1. Add your data

Input format

1–100 rows, up to 500 KB. Tables need a header row. Paste cells directly from Excel, or export as UTF-8 CSV. Values stay text: 000123 remains 000123. Blank lines in code lists are flagged, not silently removed.

Label layout

3. Set up the sheet

Code type
Label template

A4 portrait · 210 × 297 mm
3 columns × 8 rows · 24 labels per sheet
63 × 33 mm per label

Code 128 accepts printable ASCII, not Chinese. QR accepts Unicode. Names and notes use this device’s fonts. Long text or dense codes may need larger labels; nothing is truncated to make it fit.

These are generic layouts, not verified commercial sticker templates. Measure your paper and test one sheet at 100% / actual size, without “Fit to page”.

Which code should I choose?

Code 128 works well for short internal IDs and compatible barcode scanners. QR holds text or a URL directly, without a tracking redirect or expiry service. URLs are encoded as data, never visited by this tool. This release does not issue GS1 identifiers, EAN/UPC retail codes or official shipping labels.

How do I import Excel data?

Copy a header row and cells into table mode, or export the sheet as UTF-8 CSV. Choose the code column and optional name and note columns. Up to 100 rows and 20 columns are supported. Leading zeros are preserved if they exist in your source; zeros already removed by Excel cannot be reconstructed.

Will this fit my sticker sheet?

The three presets are generic A4 layouts, not endorsements of a label brand. Measure the label width, height, gaps and margins and use custom dimensions when needed. Print the PDF at actual size / 100%, turn off page fitting and test on plain paper first.

What happens to the input?

Inputs, previews and generated downloads stay in memory for this tab. Nothing is uploaded or saved in browser storage. Changes invalidate old downloads so you cannot accidentally export an earlier setup. Clear or leave the page to discard the workspace. Keep the CSV and downloaded PDF yourself if you need them later.
