Choose an appropriate document
Use a flat, unsigned PDF up to 20 MB and 30 pages. Existing forms, signatures, interactive annotations, links, attachments, tags and layers are rejected rather than silently changed. Select the target page and load its preview. The page must use unrotated full-page coordinates so the preview and export agree.
Prepare a mark you may use
Draw with a mouse or touch input, then choose Use drawn signature. Alternatively import an image of a signature or stamp that you are authorized to apply. A transparent PNG is useful for placing a mark over a line without a white rectangle. The tool does not verify identity, recreate an official seal or issue signing authority.
Inspect placement and size
Set width as a percentage of the page. Horizontal and vertical percentages use the remaining available space, so 0% aligns to the left or top and 100% aligns to the right or bottom. Review the entire mark and nearby text in the overlay. Only the selected page receives the image; original page text is not rasterized.
Retain the original and verify the copy
Export and open the downloaded PDF in a reader. Check the selected page, signature proportions and original document content. There is no added digital certificate, audit trail or tamper-proof guarantee. Use a suitable separate signing service if those are required. Keep the unsigned original to revise the placement later; this tab stores no reusable signature.
