Start with the receiving site’s requirements
Write down the allowed format, total file-size limit and any page-size or page-count requirement. A PDF that opens correctly may still be rejected by a portal with stricter rules. This organizer does not certify compliance or force a target file size.
Prepare readable source files
Check photos for glare, cropped corners and readable small print. Use JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF or BMP. HEIC photos need conversion elsewhere first. If a photo is unnecessarily large, resize it in the image workspace, inspect the result and then select that downloaded copy here. Avoid resizing a scan so far that its text becomes unreadable.
Load PDFs and images together
Select the files in one batch and choose Load page previews. The current limits are 20 files, 20 MB total and 50 pages. Each PDF contributes its pages; each image contributes one page. The filename and original page number appear below every preview so similar-looking pages are easier to distinguish.
Check the order and orientation
Use Earlier and Later to put pages in sequence. Rotate a sideways page in 90-degree steps. Delete duplicates, or uncheck pages to exclude them from the export. Undo reverses up to 20 edits, but closing the tab discards the session. Choosing a new file batch also replaces the current workspace.
Export and inspect the actual PDF
Choose One PDF and create the download. Open it in a PDF reader and check the first page, last page, total page count, orientation and smallest text. Compare its actual file size with the receiving site’s limit. Mixed page sizes are intentional: photos retain their proportions and existing PDF pages retain their dimensions.
Know the document boundaries
Existing PDF pages are not rasterized, so selectable text stays selectable. Forms, signatures, layered PDFs, annotations and clickable links are not supported in this version. It rejects these files instead of silently dropping interactive content. Bookmarks, attachments, tags and document metadata are not transferred. Page deletion is not secure redaction. Keep original files.
Extract or split instead of combining
To extract pages, choose Deselect all, select the required pages and export One PDF. To make a separate PDF for every selected page, choose ZIP. Names such as page-001.pdf reflect export order, not original page numbers. The ZIP is built in your browser; no file is uploaded or stored in a database.
