This adds a visible signature or stamp image. It is not a certificate-based digital signature, identity verification or legal-validity service. Only use signatures you are authorized to apply.

20 MB / 30 pages maximum. Forms, existing signatures, interactive annotations, links, attachments, tags and layers are rejected. The selected page must have no rotation or offset crop.

Your signature or stamp

Use a transparent PNG for a stamp without a white rectangle. Image pixels, including an opaque background, are preserved. Touch / mouse drawing and image import are both supported.

Is this a digital certificate signature?

No. It places visible pixels on a page. There is no certificate, identity verification, audit trail or guarantee of legal validity. Use a suitable certificate-based signing service when your recipient requires those features. Only apply a signature or stamp you are authorized to use.

Can I use a company stamp image?

You can import a static PNG, JPG or WebP. A transparent PNG avoids covering document content with a white rectangle. The image is not verified or recreated; its existing background and visible pixels remain. Review the mark in the page preview before exporting.

What PDF content is retained?

The original page is not rasterized; text stays selectable. The selected page receives one image. This version rejects forms, existing signatures, interactive annotations, links, attachments, tags and layers. The selected page also needs standard unrotated geometry to keep preview coordinates unambiguous.

Can I move or remove the signature later?

Changing the controls before export updates the placement. The downloaded mark is embedded page content, not a reusable interactive signature field. Keep your original unsigned file to start over. The tool is not tamper-proof and is not a redaction or document-authentication system.
